Ricky Britt

Having come to work for his father as a teenager, Ricky has learned the business, literally from the ground up. He is an expert in all aspects of the company – construction, water chemistry, equipment repairs... just to begin the list. Ricky specializes in concept, design and client relations, and he is the one who can start your dream on the road to becoming a reality while always keeping your budget in mind. You can rest assured that there will be no detail overlooked, or no pool too large for him to bring to fruition. He is also well-versed in local and North Carolina pool regulations. Born and raised in Fayetteville, he knows the area and is familiar with surrounding region as well. Ricky is our social butterfly and enjoys playing golf, shagging, and relaxing in his spare time.

 
John Britt

As our field specialist, John’s forte is construction. He is on-site every day, literally in the trenches, reveling in getting his hands dirty -- all to ensure that the project is completed to your satisfaction. You can be sure that with him on the job, everything is smooth, level, structurally sound and safe. John and his crew take great pride in working rain or shine to stay on schedule, while delivering the quality construction that you expect. He is always more than happy to address your concerns and answer any questions you may have about your project. John is our resident nature lover and loves to be outside working on his small farm and entertaining his Golden Retriever, Maggie.

Brandon Bartlett 

Having spent all of his career in the customer service field, Brandon brings a new kind of energy to our retail store operation. You may recognize him from summers past, so he is not a stranger to the pool industry. His main priority is assisting our customers, answering their questions and offerring advice on how to keep their pool swim-ready all season. Brandon is also responsible for the store's day-to-day operations, keeping our inventory fully stocked with the most common parts and chemicals needed, as well as supervising our retail staff.  The youngest member of our management team, Brandon enjoys working out, reading and spending time with family and friends.

 

Jonathan Newton
 
Responsible for his own staff of four, Jonathan is one of the hardest-working men in the industry. He is usually out in the field, with little to no office time, working hard to make sure our customers' service and repair needs are met. He is very knowledgeable and makes it a priority to stay on top of the latest in technical information and training available. Jonathan is also most likely the one who will install your new construction pool equipment, as well as perform the more demanding equipment repairs. A father of three and a bi-vocational pastor, Jonathan’s commitment to doing it right the first time is beyond compare. 
 

Kristin Bunner
 
Since joining the Spa and Pool World team in 2007, Kristin has served as our office manager. With over fifteen years of accounting experience, her main responsibility is maintaining the accounting department; however, she also handles HR, advertising and an array of other tasks. If you have a question about your bill or an outstanding invoice, she’s the one to call. Kristin has a knack for customer service, a need to do things right, and a love for her job. A graduate of UNCW, Kristin is originally from Wilmington and is proud to hold a black belt in Shaolin Kung Fu.

Amber Johnson

Straight from Dallas, Texas is our own fiery redhead. Amber comes to us as a highly qualified Administrative Assistant. Her main focus is to assist Ricky with proposals, client relations, pool equipment and tile ordering, and the list goes on. She has a talent for design and en eye for detail, which serves us well. She is our government laison and works hand in hand with our designers and architects to make sure drawings meet, or exceed, codes and regulations, as well as the clients expectations. AJ is efficient, well organized and a muti-tasking wizard. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University, avid baseball fan, and proud to be a military wife.
